TenderPlus and its partners have a wealth of experience on the application of the public procurement directives of the European Union. Recent research shows that both seller and purchaser have still a lot hestistance with regard to the correct application of the rules and a wrong choice results more often in costly and lengthy legal procedures in national courts.
